About this Event
The approach 🍃༄
In this session, we move at an unhurried pace and pause often. Through nature-inspired invitations, such as listening to the sand, holding a leaf, or resting in stillness — we allow nature to meet us where we are, without trying to fix or force anything.
Born from intrigue and inspiration, this practice of natural attunement draws from our innate connection with nature, bringing forth a slow, reflective, and embodied practice. Experiences may feel calming, emotional, grounding, or quietly insightful. Each person’s experience will be different.
This session is open to anyone who feels drawn to slow down, de-stimulate, and let go. Regardless of abilities, all are welcome 🌳
