Join us outside under the pavilion at the back of the church parking lot for our annual fall native plant share under the pavilion at the back of the church parking lot. Bring your plants bare root or rinsed and planted in potting soil to avoid spreading invasive jumping worms. Set a few aside to donate to our BCAAF table (see above)
After the plant share we will move inside for snacks and two presentations on data centers: Angie McCarthy of Marylanders for Data Center Reform, with an overview, and Delegate Sheila Ruth on the status of data centers in Baltimore County and the state of Maryland. There will be a Q&A session after the presentations. Given the huge potential harm data centers can have on our natural environment and our quality of life, and the immense political and financial push behind them, this will be an important learning and networking opportunity.
