Chef Dial will share stories and information on North Carolina native food traditions and heritage. The Tasting Experience includes:
- Corn and Sausage Stew
- Corn with a Mushroom Ragout
- Cornbread
- Sweet Corn Dessert
Guests can sample bites of all dishes, and leave with recipes and a small corn-themed food gift.
