Cancellation & Refund Policy
All event entries are final. By registering for an event, you agree to the following terms:
No Participant Refunds or Transfers: We now operate a strict no-refund and no-transfer policy. If you can no longer attend due to personal reasons (including illness, injury (inc dog), travel delays, or a change of mind), your entry fee will not be refunded or moved to a future date. Note: Our previous voucher system has been discontinued.
Event Cancellation: If NATB cancels the event entirely, you are entitled to, and will receive, a transfer to future event.
Significant Rescheduling: If NATB makes major changes or reschedules the event to a new date that you cannot make, you may be eligible for a refund. These situations will be reviewed case-by-case by the committee.
Force Majeure (Circumstances Beyond Our Control): If an event is cancelled, delayed, or disrupted due to reasons outside of NATB’s control—including but not limited to extreme weather, safety hazards, venue closures, or government restrictions - NATB will attempt to reschedule the event or transfer your entry to a future date.
With a rescheduled date or if rescheduling is impossible and a credit must be issued, NATB reserves the right to deduct a minor, proportional contribution from your refund to cover actual, unrecoverable expenses already incurred for the event or ealier cancelled event (such as non-refundable venue hire or event-specific materials) that cannot be recovered via insurance or suppliers.
For any questions regarding an event cancellation or major rescheduling, please email [email protected].
Please Note:
You cannot enter the same class twice.
All competing dogs must be 12 months or older for Canicross classes, and 18months for all wheeled classes.
All participants must already possess valid 3rd party public liability insurance that is designed to cover dryland racing activities with a limit of no less than £5,000,000. This insurance is mandatory.
