This approachable, all-levels class focuses on strength, conditioning and functional movement.

Your ticket includes a $10 Hall Pass to enjoy breakfast and beverages at Assembly Food Hall after the workout. Following the session, guests are invited to stay for a post-training social with the Nashville Performance Club coaches to learn more about the team.
Please be sure to bring your own mat.
Equipment (concept2 ergs, kettlebells and dumbbells) will be provided.
