Learn to make authentic style pizza during this demonstration and hands on class!
Master the art of pizza making at Costante Imports with the talented Francesco, owner of Roccella in East Melbourne. Francesco is an acclaimed Italian pizza chef, and since arriving in Australia has established Zero95, Six Slices Pizza Bar, Express Pizza and Pasta, and Meno Zero Gelato!
Francesco will guide you through the entire process of crafting the perfect pizza, from making and kneading the dough to choosing the right toppings and cooking it to perfection in the Ooni Pizza Oven. Everyone will then each take a turn to create, cook and eat their own pizza!
With Francesco's expert guidance and years of knowledge, you'll not only gain the skills to make incredible pizzas but also learn the science behind the perfect crust, sauce, and toppings. Plus, you'll be able to impress your friends and family with your newfound pizza-making prowess!

- Mixing the pizza dough
- How to stretch dough
- All about pizza toppings
- The different methods to cook pizza – including using the Ooni Pizza Oven
- Hands on:
- Stretching your own pizza dough
- Topping and cooking your own pizza in the Ooni Pizza Oven
- At the end of the class, we will all get sit and enjoy the pizza we cooked.
- The class includes a recipe book, though a notepad and pen are always a good idea to bring along!
- You can bring your favourite apron, otherwise we can provide one to you.
