A post TEDx Third Ward wellness experience presented by Nap Bar and Melvin Johnson Collective, the creative forces behind The Dream Team that created the Affirmation Mixtape.
After Khaliah O. Guillory takes the TEDx stage, the community is invited to continue the experience with an afternoon centered on music, rest, healing, and connection, hosted by Fox TV Talk Show host Chelsea Edwards.
The TEDx talk gives your mind the language for rest as healing, and Napchella is the safe space where those ideas stop living in your head and start living in your body, with the Affirmation Mixtape as the soundtrack, rest as healing in audio form.
