NAMI Hernando’s mission is to promote mental health wellness throughout Hernando County through education, support, advocacy, empowerment, and outreach.NAMIWalks Hernando raises awareness and critical funds to support free local mental health programs, resources, education, and support for individuals and families affected by mental health conditions. The event also provides an opportunity to break the stigma surrounding mental illness, share stories of hope, and remind our community that no one has to face their mental health journey alone.
