We are so grateful to The Owl Nest and Bend Alpaca Ranch for providing this free Sunset Alpaca Tai Chi Class as a NAMI Gather! The goal of a NAMI Gather is to give our community opportunities to connect around a shared experience or activity that supports our mental well-being. We love introducing people to a variety of wellness activities to add to our toolbox of coping skills and connection opportunities.
