💚 NAMI Family Support Group 💚 This is a free, peer-led support group for adults who have a loved one experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition.
Connect with others who understand what you’re going through, share experiences in a safe and non-judgmental space, and find hope, strength, and community along the way.
Our structured support group gives everyone an opportunity to be heard while learning from the challenges and successes of others. Together, we’ll explore healthy coping skills, let go of guilt, recognize that mental health conditions are no one’s fault, and discover the strength that comes from supporting one another.
