NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Connection Support Group for Women of Color
Free peer led confidential support group for 18+ adults living with mental health challenges. NAMI Connection offers a safe environment for adults who live with mental health challenges to express themselves without being judged, and provides opportunities to learn positive coping skills and receive support.
Held in a facility called " The Center" off selma ave. Beautiful courtyard and our meeting is in the lower level meeting room. There is a free parking lot where you can enter the building via a wheelchair ramp just ring the "ring "door bell. We enjoy snacks, community, resources and support from each other.
