Join NAMI Detroit's Connection Recovery Support Group, a free, confidential, peer-led support group for adults (18+) living with a mental health condition. Whether you're newly navigating your journey or have years of lived experience, this is a welcoming space to connect with others who understand.
Through shared experiences, practical resources, and meaningful conversation, participants gain encouragement, hope, and tools for recovery in an environment free from judgment and stigma.
