👟❤️ Lace Up for Josh4Hearts! ❤️👟
Calling all walkers, wanderers and weekend warriors!
Grab your sneakers, round up your family, friends and furry companions, and join us for the NAMDA Charity Walk 2026 at Lake Ginninderra on Saturday, 24 October 2026! We’ll kick off at 8am from the barbecue station at John Knight Memorial Park.
Every year, NAMDA hits the pavement to raise funds for a charity making a real difference in people’s lives, both here at home and around the world. This year, every step counts for the Josh4Hearts Foundation, which is working to stop sudden cardiac death among young athletes in the ACT and beyond.
And the fun doesn’t stop at the finish line! 🎶
🍲 Delicious Nigerian food to refuel after your walk (jollof, anyone?)
🛍️ Merchandise available to buy, so you can show your support in style
💃 Music and dancing, so save some energy, because once the walk is done, the party begins!
So come along, soak up the lakeside views, enjoy great food and great company, and help protect young hearts while you’re at it. Walk it, stroll it, dance it out. However you move, you’re making a difference! 💪
