Ready for a relaxing afternoon connecting with nature and some gentle giants, who just happen to be a critically endangered horse breed.
Join Heritage Gait a 501 (c) 3 non-profit, for our very first Namaste with the Horses, event, hosted by HB Farm, in Ennis, TX.
Come slow down, breathe deeply, move with intention, and reconnect with nature alongside these icredible horses.

Info: Participants, their horse partner & their human handler will complete a series of three obstacles. All horse based activities are in hand, no riding will be offered during this event.

Moving Meditation
Host: Sarah Hatton Barnes
Info: This 60 min yoga session, led by Sarah, RYT 200, who has taught globally, will focus on breath and movement, combining yoga poses that invite you to slow down, unwind and come back to yourself BEFORE the busy holidays! This session will close with a peaceful sound meditation, giving you an opportunity to quit the mid, settle into stillness, and simply be present.
