Throughout this session, we’ll be moving with intention — flowing through controlled strength work, mindful mobility, and rhythmic sequences that connect breath to movement. The aim is to build strength, improve endurance, and increase body awareness while challenging both your mind and muscles. Expect moments that push you, but know that every exercise will have accessible modifications so all levels can move confidently and safely. We’ll use breath to ground and guide each transition, and music to help you find rhythm, energy, and flow — creating a session that feels empowering, dynamic, and deeply connected.
