In this Nada Yoga (Sound Yoga) session, you will experience the relaxing sounds of more than twenty hand-hammered Himalayan singing bowls tuned to the 432 Hz A4 frequency system, along with frame drum, ocean drum, cymbals, chimes, and voice.Nada Yoga, the "Yoga of Sound," is a meditative practice that uses sound and vibration to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and inner awareness. Rather than a movement-based practice, participants relax comfortably on a mat while immersing themselves in the sounds and vibrations of the instruments.
