Nau mai, haere mai. Join us to learn and lift this local mōteatea, grow our reo, strengthen our connections, and nourish the oranga of our Tāhuna hapori.Tāhuna te Kāinga Ahi is a taonga created by and for our hapori. Composed collectively by members of our Te Hā o Tāhuna hapori, it carries whakapapa and mātauranga, our relationship with the whenua and wai of Whakatipu, and our belonging as a hapori here in Tāhuna.
Come and learn the kupu, explore the meaning and lift our voices together. All are welcome, whether you already know the mōteatea or are learning it for the first time.
