Join Deanna for a playful and whimsical pre-Halloween practice. Set to the tune of a spooky-themed playlist, this spirited practice will include creative versions of your favorite yoga poses. Experiment with zombie sun salutations, witches cauldron, flying ghosts, casting spells and more. Costumes optional but encouraged! Options will be given to make the practice more accessible, but weight bearing poses will be included. Come join the fun and let loose with your yoga community. Use your class card, or $15 per person.
