Join renowned vocalist and sound healer, Kristin Hoffmann, at The Sound Womb in High Falls, for the Mystic Sound Journey - a transcendent musical experience of pure light and sonic vibration, with highlights from favorite Sufi poets woven in to spark your inner vision.
Give yourself the gift of slowing down to tune into your inner awakening for a couple of sacred hours. Sound journeys allow you to get super comfortable and experience inspiring music and healing frequencies in an open and receptive way.
There will be a short time for sharing, reflection and integration following the music. As you take your time to assimilate the sound and a renewed sense of love and gratitude, complimentary Calmbucha on tap or tea will be available for your enjoyment!
*Note - mats, blankets and knee bolsters will be provided. You are welcome to bring a small blanket or sweater to ensure your comfort and warmth. Children 12+ who are accompanied by a parent and are able to stay quiet and present for the duration of the experience are welcome.
