Scheduled to Appear:
Shannon Baker - her book, #13 in the Kate Fox mystery series, launches January 5th, 2027! She has also published the Nora Abbot mysteries and Michaela Sanchez Southwest thrillers.
Shannon lives on the edge of the desert in Tucson with her crazy Weimaraner and her favorite human. She spent 20 years in the Nebraska Sandhills, where cattle outnumber people by more than 50:1. She also lived in Flagstaff for several years and worked for the Grand Canyon Trust, a hotbed of environmentalists who, usually, don’t resort to murder. She is the proud recipient of Writer of the Year for 2014 and 2017-18 awarded by the Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers. Deb Ledford - Deb is the author of 'Shadow Cast' and the Eva "Lightning Dance" Duran & Smoky Mountain Inquest suspense thriller novels. A three-time nominee for the Pushcart Prize, her award-winning stories appear in numerous print publications as well as literary and mystery anthologies. She is also a former Arizona State University adjunct professor for The Virginia G. Piper Center for Creative Writing.
Part of the Eastern Band Cherokee, she spent her summers growing up in the Great Smoky Mountains of western North Carolina where her Smoky Mountain Inquest book series is set. She lives in the Phoenix, Arizona area with her extremely patient husband and their awesome Ausky. Visit her website here: https://deborahjledford.com/
Jennifer Dornbush - Jennifer specializes in suspense, thriller, true crime, mystery, and forensic procedurals with strong female protagonists. She says: “Through my work as a Screenwriter, Author, Speaker, and Forensic Specialist, I aim to shed light and hope into the dark places of the human experience.
“The television or movie screen is the closest most people will ever come to witnessing the forensic world. But I actually lived it. As the daughter of a medical examiner whose office was in our home, I investigated my first fatality, an airplane crash, when I was 8 years old. Picking up pieces of skull and brain matter, my father simply saw this as a hands-on anatomy lesson. This would be the first of many coroner lessons I experienced over two decades.” Visit her website here: https://jenniferdornbush.com/books/
