Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just learning your first basic, this event is designed to bring the shag community together for a fun, welcoming weekend filled with great music and even better company.
Enjoy a lively Kickoff Party, meet fellow shaggers, and take part in all-levels shag lessons hosted by the OD Shag Club Dance Team. Throughout the weekend you’ll have opportunities to hit the open dance floor, learn new moves, and soak in the incredible oceanfront atmosphere.
The celebration continues with an Oceanfront Happy Hour Party on the Atlantic Ballroom Balcony, featuring signature cocktails, drink specials, great music, and beautiful views of the Atlantic. Don’t miss a special Shag Dance Showcase by the OD Shag Club, followed by a high-energy Saturday Night Shag Party with beach music and a packed dance floor.
On Sunday, keep the good times rolling with a Shag Brunch Social at Ocean Blue Restaurant, followed by a refresher lesson and a Farewell Dance Party to close out the weekend with your new shag friends.
