myndstate the spoken word artist in Southampton
In his new show he takes you on a journey of hope and survival through his debut collection, deep breath. Exploring themes of sexuality, identity, love, and shame, it beautifully narrates the struggles of finding yourself, and your place, in a world that often doesn’t want you to belong. Having spent so much of his life holding his breath, hiding who he is, myndstate's latest performance has him fully exhaling - and you can’t help but do it too.”
