Join Us for My Mood and Me Story Time
Come on down to Hornchuch Fire Station (RM11 1SH) on October 19th, 2026 at 17:30. HEST is hosting a mental health focused story time group in the community to support primary school children’s emotional wellbeing through stories. The group will use books and fun discussions to help children explore feeling, build confidence and resilience and learn strategies.
This session's focus is on confidence and self-esteem! We will be reading a book and exploring problem solving strategies,
This event is intended for Havering primary school children in Year 2 - Year 5 and their parents. Please note that we cannot accept children outside this year range.
