Join us for an afternoon of connection, learning, and free activities that encourage individuals and families to make mental wellness a priority.
In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, My Mental Health Is My Business (MMHIMB) invites you to our 6th Annual Mental Health Awareness Summit.
Our 2027 theme, “The State of Our Mental Health: Understanding the Challenges, Recognizing the Signs, and Building Healthier Communities,” invites us to explore the challenges affecting our communities and how we can better support ourselves and one another.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- An inspiring keynote from Dr. Russell J. Ledet, physician, scientist, U.S. Navy veteran, and co-founder of The 15 White Coats
- Mental health education and community resources
- Opportunities to connect with professionals, advocates, and local organizations
- Free activities for individuals and families
