Judging:
Our director is Pranika Singh. We will be enforcing a strict (n-1)/2 rounded up judging obligation. Judges must commit to at least 3 in-rounds to count towards your school’s judge requirement. All novice judges MUST calibrate. We will charge for missing judges ($90 per missing judge) and we will have to break up teams from schools that do not meet their judge requirements!

Our Tournament Director (including housing and food) is Vasa Syomin.
Our Tab Directors will be Jack Beery, Pranav Sasikumar, and Aayush Bhargava, Pranika Singh and our Tab Observer is Julia Rubas. The tournament will have open ranks and open speaks. The tournament is closed.

Judge deliberation will be capped at 15 minutes.
Reg:
We will be charging a $150 registration fee per team. For financial inquiries, please contact our VP of Finance, Aayush Bhargava, at [email protected]. This includes requests for reg swaps/breaks. Reg is due Sunday, 9/20 at 11:59pm! If a team drops the Wednesday before the tournament without a reasonable excuse, you will be charged a $90 drop fee.
Early Pony Registration Discount
Schools that register and pay for their teams before September 7th are eligible for our “Early Pony” discount of 15% off.
Not sure how many teams you’ll bring?
You can register and lock in the discounted rate for your confirmed teams now, and register additional teams at the regular rate later.
Pricing Breakdown
Team Entry: $150 per team
Hybrid Team Entry: $75 per hybrid
Missing Judge Fee: $90 per missing judge
