🖼 My Inner Space – A Creative Journey to Your Inner Sanctuary
In this collage workshop, you’ll be guided to create a visual sanctuary, a place where you feel safe, calm, and at peace. Using magazines, colored papers, fabric scraps, and other materials we’ll design a collage that reflects your personal safe inner space. It can be somewhere real or imaginary, born from your dreams. We’ll explore textures, shapes, colors and learn how visualizing can be a powerful tool for self-soothing and emotional grounding.
