About this Event

About the Event

A guided 45-minute experience to explore what you need, make intentional choices, and identify what supports your wellbeing.

Sometimes caring for your health isn’t about knowing one more thing you should be doing. It’s about slowing down long enough to understand what you need, reconnect with yourself, and make intentional choices that actually fit your life.

My Inner Compass Journey is a weekly guided experience focused on emotional health, self-care, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing. Each Thursday explores a different topic, so you’re welcome to join us every week or simply come when the topic, timing, or season feels right for you.

This Week: Choose

This week, we’re creating intentional space to choose.

Our days are filled with decisions—some small, some significant, and many made automatically while we’re managing everything around us. Slowing down gives us an opportunity to notice what we’re choosing, what is influencing those choices, and what actually supports our wellbeing.

During this 45-minute gathering, Lindsey will guide you through practical tools, reflection, and conversation designed to help you become more intentional about the choices you make for yourself and your wellbeing.

You’ll have space to learn, reflect, connect with others, and leave with something practical you can carry into everyday life.

What to Expect

My Inner Compass Journey isn’t about creating a perfect wellness routine or adding another list of things you need to accomplish.

It’s about developing practices that are simple, intentional, realistic, and sustainable—and learning to listen to your own inner compass as you decide what wellbeing looks like for you.

Each week offers a different opportunity to explore emotional health and self-care, learn practical tools, strengthen resilience, and connect within a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Come every week or come when you can. No previous session is required.

Meet Your Facilitator

Lindsey Cartwright | Inner Compass Coaching

Nearly ten years ago, Lindsey found herself struggling with her own health after experiencing several traumatic life events. She felt overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure how to explain what she was going through. That experience inspired her to deepen her understanding of health and ultimately earn her BA in Alternative Health.

As Lindsey continued her own journey, her goal became helping others reconnect with themselves and develop practices that support their wellbeing in ways that feel realistic and sustainable.

Through Inner Compass Coaching, Lindsey brings together her education, lived experience, and passion for creating spaces where people can learn, reflect, connect, and move forward with greater intention.

You can find Inner Compass Coaching on Instagram and Facebook.
