8-Week Parenting/Carer Empowerment & Wellbeing Course
Join us for a practical and supportive 8-week journey covering child and brain development from 0 to 18 years. Understand how to spot signs of distress in children at different stages and explore age-appropriate solutions for supporting their emotional needs. Learn about the basics of psychology, parenting styles, and how to choose what works best for your family.
Along the way, we’ll use a range of practical and creative activities to support your own wellbeing and personal development, including Personal Development Mood Boards, mindfulness activities, sound baths, reflective exercises and more.
Most importantly, this course is about you too. Take time to understand yourself as a parent, build your confidence, explore what works for your family and develop practical tools to help you feel more supported and connected in your parenting journey.
