WHO IS IT FOR?
The workshop is primarily for women aged 18–30, but women over 30 and queer, non-binary and trans people, are warmly welcome.
The workshop will be held in English by Annija Sprīvule - educator, activist and supervisor.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
The workshop is part of the Erasmus+ project “Body Liberation for Gender Equality.” The project explores how beauty standards, weight stigma and social expectations affect young women and develops practical resources for young women and youth workers. Through a body liberation perspective, the project aims to strengthen body autonomy, challenge weight stigma and contribute to gender equality.
