MW Gather & Glow invites you to "Stillwater", an hour of down regulation breathwork journey with Sidney Ng from IMD Breathwork. Through three gentle breathing techniques and IMD's immersive soundscape, the session moves you from the noise of daily life into genuine rest. Lie down, put on headphones and an eye mask, and let your nervous system do what it already knows how to do. No prior experience needed. Equipment provided.
