Lift. Compete. Give Back.

THE COMPETITION
Competitors will test their strength in three events:
SQUAT • BENCH PRESS • DEADLIFT
Lifters will compete within their designated age, gender, and weight class, with opportunities to earn recognition for their performances.
Whether you're an experienced lifter or stepping onto the platform for the first time, this event is about community, strength, and giving back.
WHY PARTICIPATE?
Your registration does more than get you onto the platform.
Every competitor helps make a difference.
All competitor registration donations will go toward supporting Maine Veterans Project and their efforts to help local veterans with heating fuel costs this winter.
Come lift with us, bring your family and friends, and help us turn every rep into an opportunity to give back.
LIFT FOR A CAUSE.
SUPPORT OUR VETERANS.
STRONGER TOGETHER.
⚖️ DIVISION & AWARDS INFO
We will recognize four overall champions:
🏆 Overall Female Champion
🏆 Overall Male Champion
🏆 Overall Youth Champion
🏆 Overall Masters Champion
Overall awards will be determined using a bodyweight-adjusted scoring coefficient, such as DOTS, allowing lifters across different weight classes to be compared based on relative strength rather than total weight lifted alone.
This means a lighter lifter who lifts exceptionally well for their bodyweight can compete for an overall title alongside heavier lifters.
THREE LIFTS. ONE TOTAL. ONE COMMUNITY.
SQUAT • BENCH PRESS • DEADLIFT
Competitors will be grouped by gender, bodyweight, and age to create fair and competitive divisions.
WOMEN
Lightweight: 145 lb & under
Middleweight: 146–175 lb
Heavyweight: 176+ lb
MEN
Lightweight: 165 lb & under
Middleweight: 166–205 lb
Heavyweight: 206+ lb
AGE DIVISIONS
Each weight class will be divided into three age divisions:
Youth: Under 18
Open: 18–49
Masters: 50+
Youth Division Note: The Youth division is strictly for competitors under 18 years of age. Competitors who are 18 or older will compete in the Open or Masters division based on age.
This creates 18 possible competition divisions:
- 9 Women's Divisions
- 9 Men's Divisions
