Muumuus, Mocktails, and Menopause is an in-person afternoon event designed for women who are in the thick of perimenopause or menopause and want real information, real community, and maybe a good laugh along the way.
Come in comfortable clothes (muumuus welcome!), enjoy complimentary light appetizers and mocktails, and leave with practical tools and a sense of sisterhood.
Vendors will also be there with products just for us.
