Through seven carefully curated pairings, discover how different combinations shape your sensory perceptions, emotions and inner state — from deep relaxation to renewed clarity and awareness.
Rooted in Chinese incense and tea traditions, this experience invites you to explore the connection between aroma, taste and well-being through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
No prior knowledge is needed — just curiosity and an open mind.

Incense Appreciation — Ryana from MINALS
Guiding the appreciation of two traditional harmonized incenses representing Yin and Yang energies.
Tea Tasting — Matias
Guiding the tasting of four distinctive teas and their pairings with incense.

Providing the welcoming space, a carefully curated selection of teas, and delicious handmade Chinese pastries to complement the sensory experience.
✨ Special Guest — Incense Master San Jiu (叁玖)
We are honored to welcome Incense Master San Jiu, Head and 27th-generation successor of MINALS, a Chinese incense lineage with over 870 years of heritage, dating back to the Southern Song Dynasty.
Based in Shanghai, San Jiu carries forward MINALS' unique tradition of harmonized aromatic blending, preserving the essence of classical Chinese incense culture while bringing its artistry to contemporary audiences.
