For more than four decades, Steve has entertained audiences around the world with a unique combination of stand-up comedy, impressive guitar work, familiar songs, hilarious stories and spontaneous audience interaction. His easygoing style and quick wit make every performance feel like you’re spending the evening with an old friend who just happens to be an outstanding musician and comedian.
Steve is perhaps best known for his longtime association with The Beach Boys, serving as an opening act and performing alongside the legendary group on major concert stages across the country. His career has also included appearances with Jan & Dean and legendary comedian Louie Anderson, along with thousands of performances aboard major cruise lines and in theaters, resorts and entertainment venues worldwide.
His talent for finding the humor in everyday life earned him recognition from Reader’s Digest, which included Steve among its “Top 50 Funniest People” in its 2007 humor edition. He was also selected as a finalist for Princess Cruises’ Entertainer of the Year, an honor reflecting the enthusiastic response he has received from audiences throughout his career.
Comedy fans may also recognize Steve from his Dry Bar Comedy special, When You Come to the Spork in the Road, Take It, showcasing his signature mix of musical comedy, storytelling and laugh-out-loud observations.
