Celebrating the Life, Music, and Legacy of Bill Melanson Sunday, November 15, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newburyport Elks Club🎵For decades, Bill Melanson was the heartbeat of the Seacoast music scene. As a talented local musician, he brought joy to thousands. But more than that, Bill had a legendary heart. Whenever our community was hurting, or a neighbor was in need, Bill was always the very first to step up—donating his time, his talent, and his music to countless local benefits and fundraising events over the years.
Recently, Bill passed away after a brave and difficult battle with small cell lung cancer. Now, it is our turn to step up for him and the family he loved so dearly.
Please join us on Sunday, November 15, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newburyport Elks Club for an afternoon of incredible live music, storytelling, and community support.
All proceeds from this event—including the door admission, raffle tickets, and direct donations—will go directly to Bill’s family to help cover outstanding medical bills and final expenses.
HOW YOU CAN SUPPORT:
• Attend the Event: Admission is a $20.00 contribution at the door. Bring your family, your friends, and your best memories of Bill.
• Participate in the Raffles: We will have a multi-basket raffle and silent auction featuring incredible items and gift cards donated by generous local businesses across Salisbury, Newburyport, and the Seacoast.
• Donate Online: If you cannot make it in person but still wish to support Bill's family, you can make a direct contribution to the official fundraising page here: https://spot.fund/BillMelansonLegacy
Let’s pack the room, share the music, and show Bill’s family just how much he meant to the Seacoast.
Please Share this event, invite your friends, and help us spread the word!
Thank You!
