Music, Meditation & Wisdom – Saturday Satsang (Art of Living)
Join us with your friends and family for a deeply nourishing Saturday evening satsang, rooted in the wisdom and practices of the Art of Living. From 7:00–8:15 PM, we come together to uplift the heart, calm the mind, and reconnect with our true self.
Each evening includes:
- Devotional chanting and soulful bhajans
- Guided meditation and breath awareness inspired by Art of Living practices
- Timeless wisdom from Gurudev for practical daily living
- Sharing a meal together in a warm spirit of community and seva
In the midst of busy lives, this weekly gathering offers a sacred pause—a chance to relax deeply, strengthen your practice, and experience the joy of sangha (spiritual community). No prior experience is needed. All are welcome.
