Explore music, engage your mind, and connect with others! Join Perfect Harmony Health weekly for our new Cognitive-Wellness Music Class, designed for adults ages 40+ experiencing cognitive changes related to aging, Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, stroke, traumatic brain injury, and other conditions.
Designed by Neurologic Music Therapists, this class combines music fundamentals, songwriting, and creative activities that engage memory, attention, and executive functioning skills, including planning, organization, and problem-solving. Participants can explore new skills and enjoy making music in a welcoming, supportive community.
No musical experience needed!
