Join acclaimed Māori artists Shona Tāwhiao, Ngāi Te Rangi, and Stevei Houkāmau, Ngāti Porou, Te Whānau-ā-Apanui, for Kōkōwai - an electrifying evening where fashion, uku (clay), movement and music intertwine. Featuring live sound by Taite Award-winner Mokotron, and directed by Te ‘Okota’i Paitai, Kōkōwai honours sacred ritual, ancestral knowledge, and contemporary expression.
