Bond & Bloom: A Gentle Moment Together with Katia
Join The Honeybunch Community for our first Bond & Bloom—a welcoming session suitable for mums with babies aged 8 weeks–12 months, with gentle music, stretching and guided relaxation.
This isn’t a postnatal fitness class. It’s a relaxed shared experience, with time to connect and bond with your baby. There’s no pressure to keep up—take things at your own pace and pause whenever you or your baby need to ❤️
Led by Katia from Kosmikflow, we’ll begin with a relaxed welcome and opening circle before enjoying gentle movement and stretching, followed by breathing and guided relaxation.
We’ll finish with tea, biscuits and a chance to chat with other mums. Mums must be at least 8 weeks postpartum and have clearance from their GP or midwife to take part.
Your baby stays with you throughout, so you can enjoy the session together. Feel free to pause for cuddles, feeding or whatever they need. You’ll remain responsible for their care, as we won’t have childcare available.
Make sure you bring a yoga mat or blanket to get comfy on the floor ❤️ You’re welcome to enjoy the session from a chair if you prefer.
