Eleven years of mums meeting, friendships forming, villages being built and mothers being reminded that they don't have to do motherhood alone. And we'd love for you to celebrate with us!
Since 2016, Mummy's Day Out (MDO) has been bringing mothers together through community, connection and shared experiences. What started as a way to help mums find their people has grown into a community supporting mothers through the highs, the lows and everything in between.
Over the years, we've created hundreds of opportunities for mums to connect, supported conversations around maternal mental health, brought families together and helped mothers find their village. We've seen first-hand what can happen when a mum feels heard, welcomed and supported.
Now, as we celebrate 11 years of MDO, we're bringing our community, supporters, partners and friends together for a special black-tie fundraising gala.
Whether you've been with us since the early days, attended one of our Mama Meet-Ups, supported a project, partnered with us, donated, shared a post, or simply cheered us on from afar, we'd love you to be part of this milestone.

Event: The MDO Fundraising Gala — 11 Years of Impact
Date: Saturday 6 February 2027

Food: Caribbean Buffet +Dessert
What to expect:
This will be an evening to celebrate, reflect and look ahead! We'll share some of the achievements, stories and special moments that have shaped MDO over the last 11 years, recognise the people who have helped us along the way and share our hopes for the future.
Expect a warm welcome, a delicious Caribbean buffet with dessert, entertainment throughout the evening, Dj and plenty of opportunities to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new people and celebrate the community we've built together.
Most importantly, this is a fundraising evening. The support raised will help MDO continue creating welcoming spaces, meaningful connections and opportunities for mothers and families.
Because whilst we're proud of how far we've come, there's still so much more we'd love to do. 🧡

🧡 Pay It Forward: Sponsor a Mama's Ticket
We know that attending a black-tie event isn't always affordable, particularly for mums juggling family life and the rising cost of living.
That's why we're introducing our Pay It Forward tickets.
You can purchase a ticket to help another mum attend the gala, giving her the opportunity to dress up, enjoy an evening out, connect with others and celebrate the community she's part of.
You don't have to attend yourself to make a difference. Simply choose to pay it forward and help us make sure more mums can be included in the celebration.
One ticket gifted is one more mum who can be part of the evening.
