Our weekend Multistyle Yoga sessions offer an opportunity to explore different approaches to yoga, including Ashtanga Yoga and Yin Yoga. The style of practice may vary from session to session and will be determined by the teacher based on the focus and intention of the practice.
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and structured practice that combines breath with movement through a traditional sequence of postures. The practice develops strength, flexibility, balance, stamina, and concentration while encouraging you to cultivate greater awareness of the breath and body.
Yin Yoga takes a slower and more contemplative approach. Postures are generally held for longer periods, allowing you to explore stillness, relaxation, mobility, and deeper body awareness. The practice offers an opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and observe the body and breath with greater attention.
Whether the session takes a more dynamic or contemplative approach, each practice is an opportunity to develop a deeper awareness of the body, breath, and mind. You are encouraged to work within your own range and approach the practice with curiosity and presence rather than performance.
