General admission tickets are provided for the event. There are no assigned seats or seat numbers.

Wristband collection is mandatory for all attendees at the entrance.

The wristband must be retained throughout the event and may be required for access to the event hall, dinner and entertainment programs.

Dinner will be served at the main floor Legion hall during the designated meal-service period from 5 pm to 8:30 pm and will be announced by the event organisers..

Please arrive on time to ensure you can enjoy the dinner service.

The evening will feature a variety of cultural programs, performances, live music, entertainment, and activities by the multicultural .artists.

Program timings may be subject to change.

Please comply with all venue rules and applicable laws.

The Alcohol may be purchased by the event attendees for a price from the Bar managed by the Victory branch of Royal Canadian Legion. at the venue.

The organizer is not responsible for the bars and do not provide any alcohol for free of charge.

We kindly request all attendees to help maintain a clean and safe environment.

Please:

• Use designated waste and recycling bins.
• Do not litter inside or outside the venue.
• Dispose of food waste and other materials responsibly.
• Follow all venue rules and instructions from event organizers and venue staff.
• Failure to comply with venue or applicable municipal rules may result in removal from the event and/or enforcement action where applicable.

Food served at the event may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including: Milk, Eggs, Wheat, Soy, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Sesame.

While every reasonable effort will be made to practice safe food handling and accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that any food item is completely free from allergens due to possible cross-contact during preparation, cooking, serving, or handling.

If you have any food allergies or dietary sensitivities, please speak with the event organizers before consuming any food.

Attendees are responsible for making appropriate decisions regarding their own dietary requirements.

The organizers are not responsible for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Injuries or accidents arising from participation in event activities, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
• Any fines, penalties, or other consequences resulting from an attendee’s violation of venue rules, municipal bylaws, or applicable laws.
• Personal property left unattended at the venue.
• All attendees are expected to act responsibly and follow instructions from the organizers, volunteers, security personnel, and venue staff.

By attending this event organized by the Universal Love and Peace Foundation (ULPF), you acknowledge and agree that:

• Photographs may be taken during the event.
• Video and audio recordings may also be made.
• Your image, likeness, voice, or performance may be captured as part of the event.
• These photographs, videos, and recordings may be used by ULPF and its authorized representatives for:
• Social media platforms
• ULPF’s website
• Newsletters and community communications
• Promotional and marketing materials
• Event reports and publications
• Press releases
• Future ULPF promotional materials

No compensation will be provided for the use of such photographs, videos, or recordings.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the ULPF organizing team in writing before the event and, where possible, avoid designated areas where photography or videography is taking place.

All attendees must have a valid ticket or authorized admission.

Children under 7 years of age may attend free of charge as specified in the ticket information.

Tickets are subject to availability.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise determined by ULPF.

ULPF reserves the right to verify tickets at the entrance.

Duplicate, fraudulent, or improperly obtained tickets may be cancelled.

VIP/Sponsor tickets are available only through authorized ULPF-issued access or promotional codes.

ULPF reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, program, performers, food service, or other arrangements when necessary.

In the event of cancellation or significant rescheduling, ULPF will communicate the applicable arrangements to ticket holders.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending ULPF Multicultural event on 14 November 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable event terms and conditions.
