🔫 apache junction CCW COURSE — Tuesday 🔫Because apparently, “carrying responsibly” isn’t something everyone just knows.
📍 Superstition Harley-Davidson apache junction, 2910 Apache Trail, Apache Junction, AZ 85120
🕕 Tuesday, October 13 | 11:00 AM - 2:30 PM
💸 $50 if you pay online (you know, the smart way):
https://www.safearizona.com/events/categories/far-east-valley/
$70 at the door for all you last-minute thrill seekers.
Here’s what we’ll cover — no, it’s not a magic bullet:
How to pick a defensive pistol without accidentally looking like an extra from an action flick
The ethics of use of force — because “I panicked” is not a get-out-of-jail-free card
Legal info to keep you out of that lovely place called court
What to do before, during, and after a defensive shooting (spoiler: don’t post it on social media)
A possible drop-in from Attorney Tim Forshey, aka the guy who actually knows the law
Why get a CCW in Arizona when you don’t need one? Great question. Because:
1️⃣ 38 states recognize it — because apparently ""constitutional carry"" doesn’t mean ""carry everywhere.""
2️⃣ Federal law says no carrying near schools without this — so, yeah, don’t be that guy.
3️⃣ Skip the slow background check line — because waiting is so last decade.
4️⃣ More legal backup — because “I didn’t know” won’t cut it in court.
5️⃣ Carry in bars — just maybe don’t get too rowdy.
6️⃣ Legal carry in parks — so you can enjoy nature without breaking the rules.
👋 Fingerprinting onsite for $20, because DPS refuses to accept your “I swear I’m legit” clearance cards.
FAQs:
Do I need to bring a gun? Nope. Just bring your brain and maybe some common sense.
Who can take it? Anyone 21+ (or 19+ military) who wants to stop pretending they know the law.
Do you offer shooting classes? Absolutely. Over 50 options, because apparently one class isn’t enough.
Got a clearance card? DPS still wants fresh prints. Sorry, no shortcuts.
🚨 Space is limited because, believe it or not, people want to be responsible.
