Multi Stake Youth Activity (all youth)

We are excited to announce our upcoming Stake Youth Activity on September 23rd! The Church asked stakes to host local, in-person musical experiences for the youth this year. To celebrate, we're hosting "Flatiron's Got Talent," a watch party showcasing music videos created by our own wards!

The Assignment

• Create a Music Video: Each ward will create a simple music video featuring one of the "Strive to Be" songs.
• Dedicate an Activity: Use one weekly youth activity in the next 6 weeks to plan, practice, and record.
• Keep it Youth-Led: Let the youth lead the brainstorming, filming, and editing. Leaders simply provide space and ensure FSY standards are met. Keep it low-pressure!
• Involve Everyone: Ensure all youth participate in some way, whether that is lip-syncing, acting, making props, filming, or editing.

Submission & Support

• How to Submit: Upload the video to YouTube and send the link to Stake leaders before the September 23 watch party.
• Stake Support: The Stake YW & YM Presidencies would love to attend your activity. Please let us know the date!
