You don't need to have taken part in a draft before; all we ask is that you understand basic deck construction and gameplay. Any ability levels are welcome!
Here's how it works:
- Everyone opens their booster pack and picks a card before passing the remaining cards around to the left until all the cards have been drafted. Then, everyone opens their next booster pack and picks a card before passing the remaining cards around to the right until all the cards have been drafted. This continues with the third pack, until all the cards have been picked. Each player should have 42 cards, which will then be used (with any number of Basic Lands) to create a 40 card deck.
- Basic Lands are available in store - but please return them after the event!
- Prizing is usually flat, often with something extra for the overall winner. Prizing is given out at the end of the event.
