About this Event
HISTORY. LEGACY. CULTURE. EXCELLENCE.
On November 14, 2026, El Paso will witness the beginning of something truly SPECIAL
the SECOND year of the Ms. Black El Paso Pageant 2026!
This is more than a pageant. This is a celebration of Black women, our culture, our beauty, our brilliance, our resilience, and the legacy we continue to build in our community.
And this first year carries an even deeper meaning.November 14th is dedicated to the original founder of the Miss Black El Paso Pageant, Ms. Estine Davis — a woman whose vision helped create a platform where Black women could be seen, celebrated, empowered, and recognized for the extraordinary women they are.
As we open this new chapter, we do so by honoring the woman who helped lay the foundation before us. Her vision becomes our inspiration. Her legacy becomes our responsibility. And her name becomes forever woven into the history of this pageant.
Under the theme “THE REVOLUTION,” we are not simply crowning a queen — we are celebrating a movement.A revolution of confidence. A revolution of representation. A revolution of purpose. A revolution that reminds every Black girl watching that she belongs in every room, on every stage, and at every table.
