🏔️💙 IT’S OFFICIAL! MOVING MOUNTAINS AUTISM DAY IS HAPPENING! 💙🏔️We are SO excited to officially announce that Saturday, October 10, 2026 will be our very first Moving Mountains Autism Day in Downtown Pineville, Kentucky! 🎉
After receiving approval from Main Street Pineville, we can officially start putting this day together—and we are looking for our community to help us make it something truly special! 🥹💙
Our day will begin with a 1-Mile Autism Awareness Walk at 8:00 AM, followed by our Moving Mountains Autism Day Festival from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM.
We are currently looking for:
🧩 Autism resource organizations & providers
🏥 Hospitals & healthcare/community resources
🏫 Schools & special education programs
🛍️ Local businesses & vendors
🌮 Food trucks
🎈 Kids Zone & inflatable sponsors
💙 Sensory Zone sponsors
🎶 DJs/entertainment
🚒 Fire, EMS, Sheriff & first responder organizations
🤝 Community organizations & nonprofits
💰 Businesses interested in becoming sponsors
🙋♀️ Volunteers who want to help make the day happen
…and ANYONE who wants to be part of this day!
We want this to be a true community-wide celebration of autism acceptance, inclusion, and support. Our hope is to bring families together, connect them with resources they may not know are available, create a fun and welcoming environment for autistic children, and introduce our community to what Moving Mountains Autism Foundation is all about.
And this is just the beginning. ❤️
All proceeds from Moving Mountains Autism Day will go directly back into our nonprofit so that we can continue working toward bringing more resources and opportunities to Bell County and the surrounding communities—including future therapy scholarships, educational opportunities, sensory-inclusive recreation, autism-friendly community events, and so much more.
We are already working on some exciting ideas, and we would LOVE to have our hometown community involved from the very beginning. 🏔️
📣 If you are interested in being a vendor, resource provider, sponsor, volunteer, food truck, entertainment, Kids Zone/Sensory Zone partner, local business, or simply want to help—PLEASE reach out!
Because this is a Main Street Pineville event, all vendors and participating organizations will need to be approved through Main Street Pineville, so please reach out as soon as possible so we can get everyone organized.
