Movin' Moms

This fitness class is designed for moms of all kinds! You're welcome to bring your children of any age and come move with us in a relaxed, family-friendly environment. Or leave them at home if you prefer!
Babies are welcome to be worn in a baby carrier or stay nearby in a stroller, bouncer, or on a blanket. Toddlers or bigger kids can hangout, color, play with toys, or join in the workout!
This workout is for all fitness levels! Lets create a welcoming community of moms to each other on.
Come get stronger, meet other moms, and let your kids see healthy habits in action—all without needing a babysitter.
Cost is for mom - no cost for the kids if they attend!
