The holidays are officially over! Now it’s time to laugh, unwind, an enjoy a sharp, witty comedy. Best in Show offers the perfect blend of humor, eccentricity, and affectionate chaos. It’s a chance to settle in, share a communal laugh, and end the holiday season with something hilariously fun.Christopher Guest’s Best in Show is a razor sharp, wildly funny mockumentary that follows an unforgettable group of dog owners as they head to the prestigious Mayflower Kennel Club Dog Show. As the competition intensifies, nerves fray, loyalties shift, and personalities collide, all delivered with Guest’s unmistakable mix of improvisation, satire, and genuine heart. It’s a comedy that captures “family” in its own wonderfully sideways way—the tribes we choose, the ones we inherit, and the ones that come with four legs and a leash.
With an ensemble of brilliantly offbeat characters—played by Catherine O’Hara, Eugene Levy, Parker Posey, Jennifer Coolidge, and more—the film dives into the quirks, anxieties, and fierce devotion that drive people to compete for the coveted blue ribbon. Rated PG13
