Get ready for Movie Night, a new resident-driven event happening the second Friday of every month! Grab your favorite snacks and a drink of your choice and join your neighbors for a relaxed evening at the movies. Location rotates between the Hillcrest Village and Putnam Village clubhouses each month, and all residents are welcome to attend, regardless of which property you call home. No sign-up required — just show up! And here's the best part: at each Movie Night, the group votes on next month's film and who'll host it, so this is a series built entirely by residents, for residents.Our first Movie Night is Friday, October 9th at 6:30 PM at the Hillcrest Village Clubhouse. Resident Anna P. has graciously stepped up to host and has chosen Hidden Figures, the inspiring true story of three brilliant Black women mathematicians at NASA whose work helped launch astronaut John Glenn into orbit during the early days of the space race. It's a great pick to kick things off — come cheer them on and help decide what we'll watch next!
